An entry level technician must have a technical school certificate. RMGA & EPA certification preferred, but we will help train & pay for it if you aren’t certified. If you are NATE Certified, that’s definitely a plus and we will pay you extra for it. We also limit your after hour emergency service calls and guarantee you minimum work hours if we are slow. We can help with relocation expenses for experienced Technicians. For All Trade Positions We offer you top pay (hourly wage) plus added incentive earnings. No gimmicks or piece work.
